This spacious condo is one of only two on its floor, and has immediate access to the luxury resort building’s indoor amenities, including an indoor pool, a gym with an incredible view of the bay, a lounge, and a game room. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms will let you and your family spread out and enjoy the unmatched ocean views from the balcony. The Golden Sands is one of the most-wanted buildings in Ocean City; get your view from the top!
One parking spot included; resort charges $50 mandatory registration fee upon check-in.
PLEASE NOTE: The Golden Sands indoor pool will be closed for annual maintenance March 6-31, 2023.
WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY IN-SEASON – Sunday-Sunday
Sanitized linen and towel delivery is included with ALL bookings. Cleaned and sanitized linens and towels for every bed in the unit will be delivered to the unit prior to your arrival. Pillows and blankets are provided in the closets, though you are welcome to bring your own! Upon checkout, please place pillows and blankets back in closets and return linens and towels to the delivery bag/basket to be returned to our linen service. This unit is a self-catering vacation rental; we do not provide paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) or cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, cleaning spray, etc.)

Location
The Golden Sands is located at 10900 Coastal Highway, Ocean City, MD 21842. In the quiet northern side of Ocean City, you’ll find calm beaches, plenty of family fun, and great dining. To get here if you’re entering Ocean City from either Route 50 or Route 90, simply head north on Coastal Highway until you find the Golden Sands on 109th street.
Rates
Payment terms: 50% upon booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit hold of $250 required (hold placed 1 day prior to arrival and released within 4 business days unless funds are required for damages).
Cancellation policy: 60 days or more prior to arrival: full refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. 30 days or more prior to arrival: 50% refund minus 3% credit card processing fee. Less than 30 days prior to arrival: no refunds.
Please note that we DO offer travel insurance and we strongly recommend it if you feel there is a possibility you may need to cancel! You can choose it as an option through our booking system when you book with us very simply.
