Welcome to Harbor Breeze 60!
Thanks for booking your vacation with us! Here’s where you’ll find all the information you need to prepare for your stay, from check-in and check-out info to parking, house rules, helpful tips, and more. We can’t wait for your stay!
Checking In
About a week before your check in, you’ll receive a unique key code by email (to the address you provided when you signed your rental agreement) that will be good for the duration of your stay. Please don’t share your code with anyone not in your party! When you arrive, park in the Harbor Breeze parking lot at the corner of 5th Street and St. Louis Ave. (diagonally across the street from the Harbor Breeze building). This unit is allowed to use one parking space in the building lot; you’ll find a parking pass to put on your car’s dash just inside the front door. Make sure to put it in your car as soon as you arrive! To get to the front door of unit 60, go up the staircase located in the center of the L-shaped Harbor Breeze building (you’ll go up four steps to get to the first floor landing, then the stairs to the second floor are right in front of you). Make a u-turn at the top of the stairs and walk back towards the parking lot, then turn right when you come to the walkway. Unit 60 is the first unit next to the stairs. Early check-in is not available from Memorial Day through Labor Day due to our cleaners’ schedule; please make sure to arrive after 3 PM. (Off-season early check-in may be available for an additional fee – contact us prior to your arrival.)

Parking
This unit comes with one parking spot. Harbor Breeze’s primary parking lot is across the street from the building, on the corner of 5th Street and St. Louis Ave. There is no assigned parking; simply find an open spot and make sure to have the unit’s parking pass displayed in your car. You may also park in the lot directly in front of the building, if available, but it’s limited to compact cars only, and quite small, so it’s usually full. Street parking may be available during the day but is subject to schedule limitations posted by the city; double check the signs before you park! Be aware that the Harbor Breeze parking lot is sized for one car per unit; oversized vehicles are not permitted and large trucks may be difficult to park in the lot during the busy season. Please make sure to return the parking pass to its holder by the front door before you check out; lost or stolen parking passes will cause you to be charged the $100 replacement fee.
Linens and Towels
All rentals include the delivery of sanitized linens and towels to the unit prior to your arrival. This includes fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases, bath and hand towels, and washcloths. Blankets and pillows for the beds are provided in the unit (you are more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer!) Upon checkout, please strip the beds, return the blankets to the storage chest, and place all sheets and towels in the provided bag for cleaning.
Please remember that as this unit is a self-catering unit, we do not supply toilet paper, paper towels, or cleaning supplies; you’ll need to plan to bring your own or buy them locally when you arrive.

WiFi and TVs
The WiFi username is HarborBreeze60 and the password is rockburnvacations; you’ll find this info on a sign in the living room as well!
Both TVs in the unit are equipped with Roku streaming sticks in guest mode. When you turn on the TV, you’ll be prompted to enter your check-out date so that the system will automatically log out of any services you’ve logged into after you’ve left. You can safely log in to your own streaming services as well as enjoy Roku’s free offerings.
Please note that the TV in the bedroom has two remotes – the Roku remote and an RCA universal remote. The RCA remote is ONLY used for power and volume; please make sure that it stays in the bedroom! Please make sure to keep the Roku remotes in the rooms they belong to, as they will only work with their assigned TV and device. Please return the remotes to the TV stand or dresser before you leave, so that the next guest can find them easily!
House Rules
Some important things to know while you’re staying with us:
There are no elevators in the Harbor Breeze building. Our unit is on the second floor; please plan to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the unit.
Please keep the air conditioning set to between 68 and 75 degrees; we want to make sure you’re comfortable! Our unit is cooled by two wall units, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. If they’re set too low, they may freeze or become inoperable, and you’ll be charged the cost to replace them. The unit will stay cool when they are set between 68-75; the ceiling fans are also great at keeping the unit cool, so feel free to use them! If you’re renting in the off season, please use the baseboard heating units for heat if you need it; the window/wall units work best for cooling. Please remember to turn the floor units off when you check out!
From Memorial Day to Labor Day, all Harbor Breeze guests have access to the Parrot Bay community pool across the street from the building; directly across St. Louis Ave. in front of the Harbor Breeze building. You’ll need to bring your own pool towels. The code to access the pool is 4061.
The back door in the bedroom is locked with a deadbolt and key lock; renters are not given the key to this door. If you do use it during your stay, please make sure that it is locked from the inside before you leave.
It is your responsibility to remove all trash from the unit; the building’s trash receptacles are large round containers in front of the building. Please make sure to dispose of all trash appropriately before you check out.
Please keep the door locked when not in residence.
The primary named renter on the reservation must be present for the duration of your stay.
